Lunacid: Hello, Pre-Season started with complete game reset. If your progress was achieved during Closed Tests it would got reset when pre-season started. If that is not the case, please describe what was the last version of the game you were playing, as well as if there was any additional steps that lead to progress lost.

Developers: It was just after the start of the pre-season. The game was starting from scratch, and within about a week, I managed to complete all levels with 3 stars. And that's it. One day I logged into the game, and the tutorial started. There was nothing left in the game except the NFT robot. I didn't get any help on Discord, so I just started over. I was using the iOS app.
