The "wait" option during a move turn

I have a suggestion whether you could consider introducing, like Heroes III, an element in the turn such as "wait". Now the player who starts the turn second has an easier task because he knows where the opponent who started first ended his move and will definitely stay there, so it is much easier to defeat him (position himself appropriately to attack or hide from the attack). The player who starts first does not have this option. The equalization of this state would be the "wait" option, after making a move, the first player gives "wait" or "end tour" and the second player moves, but he does not know which option the first player chose and has to think more about whether to immediately set up an attack or Also use the "wait" option because maybe the enemy will move somewhere else and he will attack me and not the other way around. This would create more "chess" and uncertainty about what the opponent might do. Now, as you probably noticed, when playing as a tank with a brass knuckle and starting as the second one, it is practically impossible to attack someone who will only run away from us, because after every approach to him, he may jump away and we can't do anything because our movement turn has passed. I don't know if I explained what I mean well, but if you have played Heroes III, you probably know this option and know that it is helpful and introduces more tactics to the game.
