Balancing weapons by taking away energy does't work in the case of damage dealt in the attack turn, sniper type weapons deal similar damage to rifles but allow for two attacks in a turn.

After the update, weapon takes 4 energy points, it helped in balance, however, sometimes a double attack still does huge damage.
